Wear it often
Daily wear slows tarnish. Skin and fabric keep the surface clean.

Keep it dry
Take pieces off for swimming, showering and the gym. Store in the pouch, away from bathrooms.

Polish gently
Use the cloth in your box. Never polish oxidised Lowlight pieces — wipe them dry instead.

Do you repair pieces?
Yes, for life. Broken clasps, bent hoops and snapped chains are repaired free; you just cover return postage.
How do I send a piece for repair?
Email care@byelenor.com with your order number and a photo. We will send a prepaid label.
