Free returns within 30 days of delivery. Pieces must be unworn and in their original pouch and box.

Use the original box and pouch. Print the prepaid label we email you.

Drop it off
Refunds are issued within 5 business days of the piece arriving back at the studio.
Questions
Can I return pierced earrings?
For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned unopened in their sealed sleeve. Ear cuffs can be returned as normal.
Are sale and engraved pieces returnable?
Sale pieces can be exchanged but not refunded. Engraved and one-off pieces are final sale.
What about gift cards?
Gift cards are non-refundable, but they never expire.
